Someone told me about this service, and I thought I'd pass it along. It's not directly related to type, but its a great utility if you work with files on many different computers, or you do something you'd like to save while working in the computer lab. Dropbox is a free service that gives you 2 GB of online storage for free. You can upload any type of file, and on Mac and PC, you can download a program that integrates the service into the Finder or Windows explorer, so it's drag and drop. Really helpful and much less of a hassle than remembering a flash drive or emailing files to yourself.
